- Anatomy and physiology, Detailed treatment advice (pre-treatment and post-treatment)​

- How to run your clinic professionally and ethically.​

- How to manage your personal and professional image & presentation. ​​

- How to manage consultations & client's expectations, including complaints prevention and informed consent
