(COVID-19) pandemic has been an extremely tough road for us all.

Thank you, most of all for your loyalty and patience during these times. We wish you and your families are safe and well.

We missed being able to offer you the treatments that we know you love, and we are greatful to be back open again.

During the pandemic we have undertaken extra health and safety precautions regarding covid19 health and safety control courses. We have also implemented new rules when attending the clinic, this ensures your safety.

Appointments

We may have to cancel your appointment at short notice. If anyone becomes ill with covid19, or we are notified of someone we have been in contact with has covid19. We appreciate that this may be inconvenient but it is done entirely for your own safety. If your appointment is cancelled you will be able to re-book again.

If you or any of the people you live with feel ill or display any symptoms of C0VlD-19 – please advise us as soon as possible and we can rearrange your appointment provisionally for when your feeling better. You will be turned away if you show signs of being unwell. Or your temperature check is high. You will not be charged for any appointments which you miss due to illness/ other.

Deposits/booking fees can be rescheduled until further notice but cannot be refunded.

 

Visiting the Clinic

We Please ask that you attend your appointment alone in order to reduce human contact. Unfortunately, friends and family members cannot enter the premises. For your safety and to maintain social distancing, we ask that you attend your appointments as close to the appointment time as possible. Please do not turn up early for appointments as this may mean that you come into contact with other clients who are just leaving.

 

We have always maintained a high professionalism and cleanliness within the clinic and this has increased further to a thorough clean in between each client. All tools are disinfected or sterilised in line with the specific manufacturers’ instructions for your safety. Majority of products, are single use/disposable.

You will have access to soap and hot water to wash your hands with as soon as you enter the clinic and we will also have hand sanitiser available for you to use when you come in, with a temperature check.

All PPE will be worn and changed as per each client.

We will try to make your treatment as safe, comfortable and enjoyable as possible. If you have any concerns about your treatments, please let us know and we will do what we can to cater to your needs.
